The subject of the development is a residential, multi-family, and commercial building, along with land development, on Heyki and Maklerska Streets in Kępa Parnicka, Szczecin. The plot is located directly on the waterfront. Commercial units and an apartment hotel are planned on two floors of the front elevations, facing the waterfront. Behind the commercial units, two levels of parking garages are planned.
The upper floors are exclusively for residential units.
The main entrances to the building are designed from the front elevations. The building features staircases with access to a maximum of nine residential units per floor.
Publicly accessible green and recreational areas are designed on the roofs of the parking garages, and the individual stages of the project will be connected by pedestrian bridges.
The planned development includes public pedestrian access roads, external stairs with a lift for disabled persons leading to a playground, and recreational and leisure spaces. The building features terraced roofs.
