The planned complex consists of one three-story building, two two-story apartment buildings, a single-story commercial building, and supporting infrastructure, including recreational space and surface parking. The general principle of landscaping was to minimize parking and access spaces while maximizing greenery and recreation. The entire complex is designed to be roughly rectangular, ensuring uniform illumination of each apartment. Furthermore, this arrangement naturally creates a recreational space within the complex, offering a high degree of privacy. Each of the 18 apartments has its own private garden with a terrace. The basic premise was a cozy facility with an elegant and understated architectural form, yet simultaneously modern. The facades are covered with plaster and clinker, and the extensive use of steel elements, such as flower “balconies,” pergolas, and others, lend character.
