Sports complex with a conference facilities
The TROPICANA Swimming Pool Complex is an element of the investment project “Trzęsacz Palace – rehabilitation and relaxation complex in Trzęsacz”. The investment project is located within the seaside strip in Trzęsacz. The complex is situated in the centre of the town, south of the main Kamieńska Street, opposite the route leading to the main entrance to the beach. The planned investment project will consist of 3 objects: a 3-star hotel with 380 rooms, underground parking lot and complete gastronomic-conference facilities, an existing palace adapted for a 5-star hotel with 48 rooms and supporting functions, and the TROPICANA swimming pool complex. Additionally, a park complex with accompanying functions is planned within the investment project area. The TROPICANA has been designed as a 3-storey object with one underground level and two storeys above ground. The designed functions of the complex are: a complex of recreational swimming pools with water recreation equipment, fitness and wellness complex, conference complex, gastronomy, two small service establishments, bowling alley, ice rink and kindergarten. Additionally, a complex of recreational outdoor pools is planned to be built.
