The designed “Struga” shopping centre is located on the right-bank of Szczecin, at the main access route to the city – Struga Street. It is a modern commercial facility built as a system of small internal streets surrounded by different size retail outlets. The building complements the harmonious frontage of Struga Street and constitutes an extension of the adjacent, developing area of the commercial centre for Prawobrzeże [the right-bank district]. The object is characterised by modern architecture, with a glazed façade and a characteristic height element is finished with high quality façade materials. The uniform colour is toned down, in shades of grey with contrasting elements of advertising panels. An underground parking lot has been built under the whole facility.
