REDA is an investment comprising a complex of residential and commercial buildings located at 2 Profesora Ludwika Janiszewskiego Street in Szczecin.
The residential complex consists of four buildings, ranging from 13 to 31 meters in height, each housing 290 apartments. The ground floors facing the streets will be designated for commercial spaces and shops. A spacious, landscaped green recreational and leisure area is located between the buildings, featuring a rich greenery program and landscaping elements.
The second part of the plot will be developed into 10,800 m² of multifunctional space, which will house a hotel and office complex. Among the planned developments is the legendary Reda Hotel, redesigned with conference space and associated services. The buildings’ bright facades will be interrupted by a rhythm of rectangular and square windows. The modernist architecture harmoniously complements the image of the port city of Szczecin.
