The complex was designed as a compact block, with peripheral development around two internal courtyards located above the ground floor. One serves as a recreational area, the other as a canopy over the conference area. Two hotels offering varying standards of hotel and catering services were planned. Entrances to the hotels are located on Brama Portowa Square and Kaszubska Street. A conference center, fitness room, and SkyBar with access to a terrace were designed. Office space was designed around the internal courtyards. Retail space was planned for the ground floor of the existing building. A shared, two-level underground garage with designated parking zones for different users was located beneath the entire complex. The facades of the existing Posejdon Trade Fair building will be restored to their original pre-war appearance. The facades of the entire complex are shaped by a dynamic composition of intersecting solid elements in the lower part of the complex and the glass facades above. The form and exterior finish were selected to harmonize with the surrounding buildings.
