Apartment and service complex
The designed residential complex has been divided into two parts: the higher 9 storey-high corner section and the 5 storey-high part. Owing to the raised corner section, the whole building formally works as a mark accentuating the quarter corner. At the same time, this building development formation allows architecturally attractive apartments on the top storeys to be designed, linked with rooftop terraces opening out onto a panoramic view of the city and the sea.
